Adaptive Band Excitation Controller and Software for Scanning Probe Microscopy

The Band Excitation Toolbox is an specific capability that has been developed using Matlab and external hardware to be implemented on all types of excitation signals in Atomic Force Microscopy, to perform advanced spectroscopies. This toolbox is singularly relevant to operate AFMs in resonant modes, since it avoids the use of resonance tracking strategies by depicting full signal bands in the frequency domains. It can be integrated to perform BE-PFM, BE-cKPFM, BE-CRF measurements among others.
