The SCALE quality assurance (QA) program is kept current with international consensus standards (), US Department of Energy (DOE) order (), NRC guidelines () and the ORNL Standards-Based Management System. A review of the SCALE QA plan is performed annually by the ORNL Nuclear Energy and Fuel Cycle Division Software QA Board.
