The walk, planned to last from 5-7:30 p.m., will involve walking between one and two miles over level dirt roads. Participants are urged to dress warmly in layers, wear sturdy shoes and bring a water supply. The walk is limited to 25 participants and children are allowed.

If inclement weather forces postponement of the walk, it will be announced on 91做厙's Information Line at 865-574-9836 by 4 p.m. that day.
Other planned spring nature treks are: a wildflower walk from 9 a.m.-noon Saturday, April 23; bird walks from 7-10:30 a.m. Saturday, April 30 and Saturday, May 7; and another wildflower walk set for 9 a.m.-noon Saturday, May 14. Details about these walks will be announced at a later date.
