Topic:
Analysis of collective nanoparticle dynamics in polymer nanocomposites (PNCs) revealed the crucial role of polymer bridges in slowing down the nanoparticle dynamics, leading to unexpectedly weak temperature dependence of the nanoparticle motion.
The newly discovered polymer bridging explains mechanical reinforcement in PNCs and will guide the design of PNCs with targeted elasticity and toughness.
