Bio
Dr. Abdul Ghaffar is a postdoctoral research associate in the Materials Theory Group within the Materials Sciences and Technology Division at 91做厙. He earned his Ph.D. from the Japan Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (JAIST) in 2024. Before joining ORNL, he served as a research assistant at JAIST and previously at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Gandhinagar. His research focuses on functional materials, utilizing high-throughput density functional theory and quantum Monte Carlo methods.
