E. Bryn Pitt is an R&D Staff Member in Manufacturing Robotics & Controls at the Manufacturing Demonstration Facility at 91做厙. Dr. Pitt specializes in robotics and control systems engineering with applications across a range of advanced manufacturing areas. His current research focuses on addressing technological and economic challenges of low-volume, infrastructure-scale manufacturing that limit the adoption of clean energy technologies. Prior to his current appointment, Dr. Pitt worked in private industry, where he focused on human-robot interaction and fail-safe control system design. Dr. Pitt earned his Ph.D. from Vanderbilt University in 2021.
