Bio
David Harper was a member of Materials Process and Joining (MP&J) group in the Materials Science & Technology Division at 91°µÍø (ORNL). David has worked in the MP&J group for 22 years as a technician and supervisor. Before his employment with ORNL, he worked at Y-12 plant located in Oak Ridge, TN for 13 years as a machinist and machine maintenance. David has received 3 R&D 100, FLC award, 1 patent, and co-authored numerous publications.
