Devon joined ORNL in 2020 and is currently the Systems & Process Assurance Section Head supporting the Enrichment Science and Engineering Division within the Isotope Science and Enrichment Directorate. She has 14 years of experience on U.S. Department of Energy NNSA, EM, and SC projects - including quality assurance program implementation, requirements management, performance assurance, conduct of operations, work control, document control and records management, configuration management, and issues management.
Additional areas of focus include facilitation of continuous improvement and Human Performance Improvement (HPI) initiatives, change management, and process improvement.
