I support FEMP's energy savings performance contracts (ESPC) program.  I prepare and distribute the DOE ESPC Task Order Pipeline Report of projects in development and analyze Pipeline Report data.  I am also responsible for the DOE ESPC Awarded Projects Report and analysis of awarded projects data.  I coordinate the Congressional Notification process for DOE ESPC projects as required by FAR 17.108.

I also serve as the subject matter expert for the DOE Qualified List of Energy Service Companies (ESCOs). I provide guidance to DOE Qualified List applicants and serve as technical staff to the DOE Qualification Review Board.  I manage and coordinate the DOE Qualified List annual recertification process.  I update the DOE Qualified List of ESCOs and provide content for the DOE Qualified List webpages.
