- Leader of group of 5-10 Scientific Associates in charge of science support across the HFIR Neutron Scattering Instrument Suite

- Primary beamline operations staff member for multiple neutron scattering instruments across two facilities including NOMAD (2009-2015), CNCS (2014-2015), CORELLI (2015-2016), FIE-TAX (2016-2020) and PTAX (2016-2020). Secondary contact for POWGEN (2011-2013), HYSPEC (2015-2016), ARCS (2018), SEQUOIA (2018), TAX (2016-2019) and CTAX (2016-2019)
- Created and enforced procedures for safe and reliable operation of beamlines by staff and users
- Coordinator between instrument staff and support groups
- Troubleshooting of beamline subsystems, including detectors, sample environment, motors, vacuum, data acquisition, etc.
- Development of PyDAS system and scripting for beamline automation and automatic logbook entry
- As part of a rotating team of SAs, provided 24/7 user support for multiple beamlines
