Bio
Juhyun Oh is a Postdoctoral Research Associate in the electron Microscopy and Microanalysis (eMMA) Group at the Center for Nanophase Materials Sciences (CNMS), Physical Sciences Directorate. He obtained his Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from Seoul National University, Korea, in 2024. Currently, his research centers on the development of low-dose cryogenic transmission electron microscopy (cryo-TEM) for studying beam-sensitive materials in the field of hydrogen technologies. Aligned with projects of Hydrogen from Next Generation Electrolyzers of Water (H2NEW) and the Center for Ionomer-based Water Electrolysis (CIWE), his investigations aim to elucidate the intricate interfacial structures of ionomers in dose-effective ways, thereby contributing to the enhancement of hydrogen fuel cell and electrolyzer materials.
