Bio

Kevin Rasch is the Program Manager and Principal Investigator for the Center for Infrastructure Security Analysis (CISA) program, a strategic partnership with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) designed to improve the security of our nation’s chemical infrastructure and reduce the risk of terrorist attacks.  Prior to his currently role, Mr. Rasch served as the Program Manager and Principal Investigator for the Objective Supply Capability Adaptive Redesign (OSCAR) project which streamlined Army National Guard mobilization and provided automated nationwide redistribution of high-end equipment, saving American taxpayers over $123.5 million in cost avoidance. Kevin’s work on this project earned him a letter of commendation and a National Guard Bureau (NGB) Minute Man Award, an honor rarely conferred upon civilians outside of the NGB command structure. Mr. Rasch holds a M.S. degree in Computer Science concentrating in Database Systems from Stanford University and a B.A. degree in Computer Science/Business Administration from Rhodes College. He is a member of the Phi Beta Kappa international honor society and a Senior Member of 91°µÍø.
