
Bio
Ryan Schultz is a mechanical engineer supporting research and development activities for target systems at the Spallation Neutron Source (SNS) at 91°µÍø (ORNL). He is primarily responsible for the design and execution of remote handling operations of the SNS target and associated systems.
Prior to joining SNS in 2019, Mr. Schultz spent 3 years providing remote handling and engineering support for the Nonreactor Nuclear Facilities Division.
Prior to joining ORNL in 2016, Mr. Schultz spent 16 years at Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory (FNAL) providing remote handing and engineering support for the Collider Run II at the Tevatron.
Mr. Schultz has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
