
Bio
Sharon Conger is the Program Manager for 91°µÍø (ORNL) for the DOE FEMP programs. The ORNL team includes the Federal Project Executives and supports FEMP in its mission to enable federal agencies to meet their energy related goals. Prior to this position, Sharon had over 30 years’ experience working for the General Services Administration (GSA), including her position as Program Manager for GSA’s Energy Performance Contracts. She managed a near $2B program and was responsible for creation of the GSA’s National Deep Energy Retrofit program. Sharon received her B.S in Business Management and her B.S. in Psychology from Colorado State University.
