Bio
Shawna Haste joined ORNL in 2021, as an administrative assistant within the Enrichment Science and Engineering Division of the Isotope Science and Engineering Directorate, where she provides comprehensive support to the Centrifuge Science Section. With over 30 years of diverse experience in administrative roles, including executive assistance, office management, and paralegal work, Shawna brings a wealth of organizational expertise to her current position.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Shawna has been deeply involved in her community since 2013, serving as a statistician for the Oak Ridge Wildcat Football program. Additionally, she volunteers her time with the broadcast team "PrepRadio," contributing to the coverage of Oak Ridge Wildcat Football and Basketball events. Through her dedication both in the workplace and within her community, Shawna exemplifies a commitment to excellence and community engagement.
