Vishaldeep Sharma is an experienced research and development professional with a career spanning academia and national laboratories, particularly in the field of building equipment research, energy efficiency, and refrigeration systems. He has held several positions at 91°µÍø (ORNL) and contributed significantly to advancements in energy-efficient technologies. His expertise includes work on low-global-warming-potential refrigerants, heat pumps, and refrigeration systems, as well as energy systems for buildings. Mr. Sharma’s contributions have led to numerous inventions and disclosures, particularly in CO2 refrigeration, low-GWP refrigerants, and HVAC technologies. His innovations are aimed at addressing environmental and safety challenges in the refrigeration industry.
