
Bio
Amy M. Moore is a Transportation Systems Engineer in the Transportation Analytics and Decision Science Group at ORNL. She received her Ph.D. in Civil Engineering with a concentration in Transportation Systems Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology in December 2016. She also holds four master’s degrees, a bachelor’s degree, and two graduate certificates. Since 2009, the majority of her work has involved GIS, with a focus on transportation and infrastructure planning. Her current research involves freight safety and optimization, with a focus on advanced technologies, and alternative powertrains and fuels.
