
Bio
Ethan C. Self received his B.S. in chemical engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (2011) and Ph.D. in chemical engineering from Vanderbilt University (2016). His research focuses on developing new materials and systems for electrochemical energy storage applications including: (i) high energy density Li-ion battery cathodes, (ii) all-solid-state batteries, and (iii) redox flow batteries.
