
Bio
Leah joined ORNL staff in 2018 as a Technical Professional in the Bioscience Division. She works with numerous bacterial species and is experienced in a broad range of genetic work, growth assays, and microbial community ecology. She also oversees the maintenance, scripting, and training for a liquid handling robot. In addition to her scientific work, Leah is a LOSA graduate, an HOP/HPI practitioner, and serves as the Lab Space Manager for four labs.
When not doing science, Leah enjoys training for triathlons, hiking, backpacking, and spending time with her family.
