Bio

Dr. Suh joined ORNL in 2022 as a Senior High Performance Computing (HPC) Quantum System Scientist in the Technology Integration group. His work at ORNL will include works on supporting the Quantum Computing User Program and Quantum Science Center and evaluating Quantum and HPC systems and vendors.

Prior to coming ORNL, Dr. Suh was a High Performance Computing Engineer and Quantum Computing Specialist in the Center for Research Computing and a Concurrent Research Associate Professor in the Department of Physics at the University of Notre Dame. While working there, he also worked on the Open Science Grid and conducted research on large-scale simulations in Computational Astrophysics and Cosmology as well as Quantum Computing.
