Bio

Dr. Yang Chen is R&D Staff in Computational Urban Sciences Group within Computational Sciences & Engineering Division. He received the B.S. degree from Henan Polytechnic University, Henan, China, in 2010 and the M.S. degree from Chongqing University, Chongqing, China in 2013, and Ph.D. degree in Industrial Engineering & Operation Research from University of Illinois at Chicago in 2018. His research interests include local energy transaction market, smart grid/building operation, hydropower, marine & hydrokinetic energy.  He is a member of INFORMS, ASME and 91°µÍø.
